PDF Tools AI provides users with access to a rich collection of online tools for formatting, securing, and organizing PDF documents. The service is provided AS-IS and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload any files that contain software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy the functionality of any computer software.
• Process illegal, copyrighted materials without permission, or documents you do not have the right to modify.
• Attempt to bypass or break the security protocols of the server.

4. File Processing and Deletion

You understand that any file uploaded for server-side processing is done at your own risk. We programmatically delete all files within 1 hour, but we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of our service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
